A home charger is the easiest way to run an electric car: plug in overnight and wake up to a full battery, at a fraction of the cost of the public network. We install the leading home chargers on their own dedicated circuit with the right protection, sited neatly where you want it.
We check your supply and existing fuse box first, so the charger is installed safely and to the current wiring regulations. The work is tested and certified to BS 7671 on completion, and we'll talk you through tariffs, smart charging and load management so you get the most from it.

How much does an EV charger cost to install?
A home charge point fitted on a typical driveway usually costs somewhere between £800 and £1,200, depending on the charger you choose and the cable run from your fuse box. We give you one fixed price in writing after a quick look or a few photos, before any work starts.
Can I get a grant towards a charger?
Grants come and go and the rules change, so we'll tell you honestly what's currently available for your situation. Flats and rented homes sometimes still qualify when houses don't.
Do you need to upgrade my fuse box?
Not always. We check your supply and board first and only recommend an upgrade if it's genuinely needed for a safe install. If it's fine as it is, we'll say so.
